a lot of ear pressure issues? Like a popping sensation in the ears, as if one is in an airplane moving in for landing?

I've had it frequently when Neptune started moving the last two years, and again as it entered Pisces. Many of my clients report
the same thing and are being treated for vertigo - which I don't think will help.

3. Interesting...along with ear pressure,

I've been having a bit of vertigo. Not severe, just losing my balance a lot and having to grab onto something. And no, not under the influence of Neptunian substances, either. :)

I didn't think to attribute this to Neptune, but it makes perfect sense!

Two of us in the house and we were both talking about it last night. Not as bad as a popping, but definite pressure.

5. high pitch ear tunes...

Like 'tuning in to a radio frequency' and it hits one ear at a time... sometimes moving from one to the other...like someone is holding a tuning fork next to my ear...blocks out all other sound. and the ear goes quiet/deaf *just* before the tone...

and it has been mystifying me.

10. Yep. High tones & pressure.

I attributed the pressure to sinus congestion which is common when the pollen gets going.
Guess that would be Neptune.
