NASA reports Mercury, Venus, Mars and Jupiter will be viewable just above the horizon as you look east Wednesday morning. The four planets will be spaced within 10 degrees of each other, with Venus and Jupiter shining especially brightly.

Optimal viewing time will occur around 5:30 a.m. (in Washington, D.C.) or 30 minutes prior to sunrise Wednesday. The forecast for Washington, D.C. calls for partly cloudy skies which *fingers crossed* should allow for adequate viewing.

The planets will continue to dance around in different configurations through the end of May.
