This Week's Starcodes!
I have been missing Heather's take on our planetary journey and here's this week's update. Thank you Heather Roan Robbins!
http://www.roanrobbins.com/starcodes/stathswk/thwkfmst.htm

Here's what I take away from all of this
"We need to be dynamically alive, contribute to the stability and not exacerbate drama."

Here's the opening and daily codes follow.

snip

But underneath the summer’s bubbliness and relaxed persona we can feel the rumor of real challenge coming up this month as first Mercury, then the Sun and Venus, enter the sign of Cancer and complete a grand square with Uranus, Pluto and Saturn.

Now Saturn, Uranus and Pluto have been square-dancing this whole year forming three corners of a square around the earth, their energies square off and shake up our world, both literally, as in earthquakes, and figuratively, as in the Arab Spring or Jasmine revolution and the beginnings of the Great Disruption, the global climate changes that let us know we need to evolve our ways and fast.

For the next few weeks as the personal planets of the Sun, Mercury and Venus hit that fourth corner of a square we get hints as to how this time of change can affect us personally. As Mercury move in to the forth corner of that grand square this weekend things may get weird, windy and cannot stay the same. We have some work to do on our end of these great worldly adjustments. Pluto will happily beg us to cut our losses and use depression to help us leave old familiar patterns, Uranus will keep us experimenting and Saturn wants us to take our selves seriously in the process as well as tests out experiment and lets us know which ones won’t work. But none of these energies want us to give up.

big :grouphug: for strength for us all.

3. Chardi Kala
The short translation of this is "Keep up". When I feel as you do (and at the moment, I do) I quite ironically remind myself of Chardi Kala. My experience of it is if we just begin, we will be carried onward in the spirit of it. I often don't have a very good attitude at the start- kind of like in the beginning of yoga class and someone starts what I know is a very challenging set... I groan, but do it and always feel better at the end of the hour.

Longer explanation of Chardi Kala http://www.sikhiwiki.org/index.php/Chardi_kala
snip
Chardi Kala signifies a perennially blossoming, unwilting spirit, a perpetual state of certitude resting on the unwavering belief in Divine justice. The Kala of Sanskrit origin gives a dominant meaning which is ‘Energy’. Chardi, in Punjabi means rising, ascending, soaring. So, Chardi Kala would mean an intensely energized, ever–ascending state of the spirit of an individual or of a group. It is characterized by faith, confidence, cheerfulness, courage, fortitude, discipline and resolute willingness to uphold the cherished ideals and readiness to perform the assigned tasks even in the face of the most daunting challenge.

In Chardi Kala there is confidence in the ultimate victory of Truth over falsehood and of Good over evil. Abiding Cheerfulness is its hallmark -more http://www.sikhiwiki.org/index.php/Chardi_kala

4. Oh my, I so embrace Chardi Kala....
Edited on Sat Jun-18-11 07:09 PM by OneGrassRoot
Thank you for enlightening me, Melissa G. I hope others can find their way to embrace it as well...if they choose to rise above the pit of despair. Maybe, collectively, we could set ourselves free from the palpable sense of hopelessness so many express feeling.

6. Thank you for that! I am usually an optimist
and this has been such a difficult realization period for me. I am such a foolish person, always going out on the next limb! I am teetering on the outer leaves of life and have just realized I am high above the ground from when I began. I was called Mother and Grandmother so many times at WAKARUSA that I suddenly realized I was no longer myself, but some character of what I thought I might be. Old and broke came to mind and it shook me to my core. I am still working on the caring and loving myself back into existence. Every day I feel more possible, but I see my mistakes so clearly that I haven't been able to see my solutions.

Thank you for your caring...I will keep up and on. Perserverance furthers.

Please, be gentle with yourself....

12. "You are Perfect in every single way and never forget it."
Edited on Sun Jun-19-11 05:55 PM by Melissa G
When I first met my husband and he was self critical, I would say that to him. After almost 20 years, if I get naggy or bitchy to him, he looks at me and says, "Your husband is perfect in every single way and never forget it." with an arched eyebrow. At least one of us remembers their inherent, divine nature.  :grouphug:
