Okay, I have to say this is the most univerally applicable and useful of all my You Tube videos. Most of the other ones only need to be watched sparingly and only by a certain percentage of people, but this is useful to everyone.
I love EFT (emotional freedom technique) in principle. However, actually remembering the points and tapping on them is highly annoying. I created this video to both make affirmations easier and to boost their efficacy. You don't need to do any tapping at all, just say your affirmations sincerely while this YouTube is playing.

After that, it will help to keep it on, but particularly for people who mrt weak for any of the acupuncture points involved. If you do, you might want to play this portion several times before using it for affirmations. But still, it is simple. If you don't use a pendulum or do MRT, then just say your affirmation for the full eight minutes if it is significant. If it is a minor thing, you can stop when the slideshow gives you that option.........about two minutes in.
This is my favorite video to date. I plan on using it a lot. I love the idea of tapping, I just don't like tapping. :)
