THE SHORT VERSION: (those who don’t like long posts or instructions) To use EFT for food intolerance symptoms, create an EFT affirmation about a particular food for which you have an intolerance: “Even though I energetically react to eating eggs, I release all negative energy related to chewing, swallowing, and digesting eggs, and release all emotions and events that have worked to cause such energetic blockages. Even though I have had these blockages, I completely love and respect myself, and feel capable to process the egg vibration throughout my body in a positive way.” Well, make something up like that, and experience the full screen EFT Boost You Tube I put up last week—definitely ALL EIGHT MINUTES OF IT, saying the affirmation throughout. Repeat the process three times in a 24 hour period. Or, just use plain EFT. Or have the You Tube EFT BOOST up while you do regular EFT and repeat the affirmation.
My EFT Boost YouTube slideshowTHE LONG VERSION: You do not need to read this unless you want my thoughts on how you can probably increase the chances that the above will actually work, or you want a more systematic way to approach this. Like many here, I don’t generally like to read long posts, but this portion is meant for people who want a bit more depth in the subject. Here are further suggestions:
1. Use the pendulum or self muscle testing to determine your energetic blockages to specific foods. Before using EFT you would muscle test weak to a particular food, (eg, test “My energy field is compatible to the energy field of eggs” ) and to make sure that the energetic blockage is cleared you would likewise test yourself after a 24 hour period (remember you do the EFT treatment about three times during that period).
2. Use a systematic approach, using lists of foods to test and treat. One great way to do this would be to use the NAET Guidebook.

http://ergopathics.com/ sells vials, and has lists of vials to purchase. In my opinion purchasing the vials is not necessary for an individual, but as it turns out the website has lists of the vials. You can use self muscle testing or a pendulum to determine the priority of items to be cleared using those lists. NAET suggests ten or eleven things to test first. I can’t even remember exactly what they are, but they do include egg, chicken, feathers, corn, sugar, vitamin C, calcium, and sodium. Specific emotions and events can also be cleared, and even various combinations of items.
3. While you are treating a food, put it in a clear glass (not plastic) and hold it in your hand (eg, an actual egg). If you don’t have easy access to the actual food, find a picture of it on the ‘net, print it out, and place your hand on it. You may also use the actual food or a picture of it when you muscle test. I know it is hard to do EFT with one hand but remember if you are experiencing the
EFT Boost YouTube slideshow you do not have to tap, just watch, or alternately, just feel it as it is playing. In theory you should only have to do this once……..if you trust your pendulum you can probably do it just once. Remember you can ask any yes/no question with a pendulum. NAET has you actually avoiding the food for 24 hours. It shouldn’t be necessary if you use my video, but I don’t really know for sure. That is one reason I suggest the three treatments in the 24 hour period.
