I'm prompted by MysticalChick's post and a powerful response by OGR to post 3 interviews found recently of Dr. Viktor Frankl. His biography is easy enough to find but I will say that he was a psychiatrist before sentencing to at least 2 death camps in Germany. I remember from his book "Man's Search for Meaning," while in the camps, he would walk out into the snow and give lectures to an imaginary audience about discoveries of self.

I'm sure the interview is at least 20 years old but the host asks questions of him that are just as pertinent and important today.
"When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves. Priority goes to actively change the situation that cause suffering. But the superiority goes to the attitude you adopt when you cannot change the situation." Viktor Frankl
