The problems of the world can seem so overwhelming at times. Not to mention, the daily stresses and challenges we each face.

And sometimes we can be so focused on saving the world and transforming our own lives that we forget to laugh, albeit compassionately, about the obstacles we humans have put in our own way.

Of course, there’s a lot to be serious about these days and plenty of work to be done to shift the planet.

But, seriously, we also need to relax, re-charge and blow off a little steam. Sometimes a lot of steam...
