I recently started using homeopathy for heavy metal detox. Specifically, the Liddel Metals detox (oral spray.) It just seemed like a good idea, for various reasons, but the herbal cleanses for getting rid of metals did not so I went the homeopathic route.
Firstly, it's an interesting experience. It really does feel like some kind of energy is leaving my body, mostly around the head and neck area. This, despite the fact that homeopathy has been remarkably less effective for me the last year or so (something I have found very frustrating.)
So, after a couple of days of this, I decided to do a mini-meditation on which metals this product was helping me to get rid of. What came to me was that the cleanse was primarily getting rid of aluminum, mercury and radium. Yikes! Even more interesting were the places I was supposedly exposed to these metals. My intuition (via pendulum) claims that the bulk of my aluminum exposure occurred through pipes, (don't know if this means pipes in my homes, or workplaces I've been in) mercury exposure through use of commercial deoderants, and radium through my water supply.
I really my intuition is not a medical doctor, laboratory analysis or scientific proof of anything, but I find these impression (and the cleanse experience itself) very interesting. I can also now highly recommend the Liddel people, who are kind enough to use organic alcohol in their homeopathic products.
