Anyone who reads UFO books knows that Budd's books were incisive. Budd takes a negative view of what alien abductions are about. He and Temple University researcher David Jacobs share that view, which can be summarized by saying that an alien civilization is manipulating our genetic makeup and creating a new being.

Imagine being both a published author AND artist of acclaim. Truly a Renaissance man.
