http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=439x1996338In my previous thread about feeling weird lately, FirstLight mentioned tracking to solar flare activity, which makes a lot of sense. I've never done it before, except in a cursory way, but I plan on paying closer attention for sure.
According to my initial poking around the Webz, solar flares "can cause us to be nervous, anxiousness, worrisome, jittery, dizzy, shaky, irritable, lethargic, exhausted, have short term memory problems and heart palpitations, feel nauseous, queasy, and to have prolonged head pressure and headaches."
http://www.carliniinstitute.com/how_recent_solar_flares_are_affecting_usWell, well, well, and here I was all overcome with the jitters AGAIN today, for no reason (no reason that I could pinpoint, that is). Sound reasonable, you think? Would love to hear from ASAHers well versed in solar flares' effects on hoomins. :hi:
On edit: oh yeah, this applies to me too: "We lose words when we are speaking. The day simply disappears. We are not sleeping very well . . . again. There is lots of tossing and turning in the night and many are having unusual dreams. We are feeling huge power surges in the body followed by energy drops....Many feel deep grief. Some feel like they were walking on water (ungrounded)....This too shall pass."
