Anyone noticing the intense energy?

Just fyi...Saturday there was a huge x-class solar flare released which is heading towards earth. Tomorrow is a super moon and an earth, sun and comet elenin alignment. And some theories are that the 3 days of darkness could take place because of this alignment. Has anyone heard anything about that? Also, both me and hubby didn't sleep well at all last night. I know it's the energy. He just emailed me from work saying that he's heard countless people talking about the fact they didn't sleep either. Weird, huh? Lots of intense stuff!

I feel some kind of dread today and don't know where it is coming from. I've been trying to figure it out all morning. Maybe this energy is the reason.

i'm having a new roof put on today (and tomorrow). tons of people and noise here now, can't even meditate. i am extremely stressed out already and it's only 7am! the alignment only makes the stress worse. i haven't slept well for a few days now. :hug:

Hubby complained about not sleeping well and I've been awake since 4am. Even the darned dog didn't sleep well. She gets restless when there are storms in the area, but I didn't see any storms on the radar last night at all.

Friday I felt like I was going into the weekend feeling pretty good, but I haven't been able to shake a totally depressed, dreaded feeling re: today. It's like my hackles are up and I'm hyper-aware of lots going on around me. Totally breaks my concentration at work :( I can tell I'm not going to be worth a lot today. Maybe I'll get through it just working on little tasky things instead of a project that requires much brain power.

5. sleep patterns

all screwed up... slept for three hours during the DAY yesterday, and then went to bed at 11...woke up at 4, etc...

I am all achey, too... my bones are rockin...

you know, i heard we are supposed to be shifting from carbon to crystaline in structure... maybe these flares are part of the trigger?

9. I think you might be onto something FL....

I've also read that about the carbon to crystalline, and it "feels" true to me. Plus I think there have been crop circles in the past showing something about that...there's definitely be circles showing how our DNA will change and we'll have more strands. Talking about being achy, I too have been so uncomfortable, almost like having the flu. Been saying that for days. And, like Missy Vixen, I too had more energy yesterday than I've had in a long time. So I worked and worked and worked, and ached and ached and ached at the same time...lol.

12. Not only that, but the sleep thing

has to do with needing to be 'unconscious' during some of the rewiring and transformation.

I think of the analogy of the butterfly in the cocoon...you know it would hurt like hell to be awake when that happened!
the sarcophagus in egypt, same thing...three days of transformation, like being in a state of suspended animation.

the three days of darkness, would also fit that analogy...and it has happened on the planet before. there are ancient accounts of three days of sun on one side of the planet (mideast and asia) as there are three days of dark on the other side (south america) ...and the egyptians have seen the sun rise in the east and the west as well...
so we are seriously on the edge of Mr. toad's wild ride, friends

6. Yeah--been going on for more than a week for me

It's exhausting.

MG Jr. found his way into "the big bed" in the middle of the night last night; this morning he was apparently having some pretty active dreams--lots of whimpering and grinding his teeth. VERY restless, but still asleep.

I have had very bad dreams most nights over the past week, week and a half. Plus some general anxiety. So last night before I went to bed I asked my angels and my guide to help keep me calm (to stop worrying about stuff, get rid of irrational fears) and give me good dreams. Last night was the first night in a long time that I had a very happy dream.

So I recommend talking with whomever you feel closest to--angels, guides, gods/goddesses, etc.--and ask for help. They will give it.

7. I notice the energy, but I slept

I've been having trouble with insomnia over the past couple of weeks, but it's getting colder in the Seattle area, and the weather lulls me to sleep. I also had more energy yesterday than I've had for almost a month.

I am sending good thoughts to everyone affected by the surging energy, and hoping everyone gets a good and restful night's sleep. :hug:

I have a major headache too and I never get headaches ever, unless I get the flu or something similar. Uggh.

18. I have had three headaches in the last week and that is abnormal. Bones ache. Husband also. Two

deaths very close to me. Very.
Mother has complained abut her bones more than normal. Father has been sick. My little cousin that I watch over got quite ill. She is loosing weight and now has a cold.

16. I've had an upset stomach all day; just want to go home and curl up on the couch.

My head is not in my work today; nor do I care to chat or socialize with my co-workers (which I usually do). All I want to do is be alone and crochet.

Speaking of crocheting.....I learned as a young girl. For whatever reason, about a week ago, I had an intense feeling that I should start crocheting so I picked up some yarn and a hook. Tutorials on youtube got me up to speed. I also can't explain why I chose alpaca wool and decided to crochet a shawl when it's 100 degrees here still. I keep thinking I'm going to need it to keep warm but don't know why.

Weird; as if I'm on autopilot.

19. I started remembering the alignment and ELenin was coming

about a week ago. I then dismissed anything as special happening...but today, I specifically thought that there was a lot of energy, could feel it, was greatly concerned for others, and then I thought of the nine underworlds and Calleman's date of 10-28-11, and all I could think of is the ripple in a pond frequency...as the ripple gets closer to the end/edge- it sustains and quickens and

the nausea is easing up for now, but I could be kidding myself, lol

Lucie said to keep asking 'them' what they are asking of me, continue to focus on being of service & fulfilling cooperation, and don't drop into the lower chakras and the struggle of it...(all of it, the protests, the environment, election, everything... just focus on the New world on the other side of it all and what we want to feel, that heart vibration is the resonating center)

(and in the meantime I have big 'career' and work stuff taking off again for the next 2 weeks... and have to stay centered and in neutral to glide thru it)
