My dreams are changing

Or, rather, the things I dream about are.

I rarely dream about people I actually know. There has been a spike in that type of dream for me lately. Much more frequent. But what is really new, for me, is how often my last thoughts when awake guide my dreams now. That never used to happen, and it's pretty much a daily thing all of a sudden. I haven't experimented very much with dream states, but it certainly seems like I could access those aspects now. Maybe via lucid dreaming, etc.

Has anyone had a big, quick change like that in how they dream?

1. Not in how I dream but that I dreamed at all!

I haven't been dreaming - or remember them as I usually do. And dreams are always a guide post to daily life for me. But I had a powerful one last night, nothing special - just that it was clear and fun. I'm sure it was a process dream. I wondered what changed. It hit me that, of course, I haven't been drawing or writing since September and I got powerful imagery I HAD to put on paper last night.

3. I think that you are right. There is very likely a connection! I didn't realize that!

Part of my trouble focusing is due to serious health issues and my taking fairly strong pain meds. I think the focused assistance from ASHA is letting me get my footing again. Even though I am still taking the meds, I am working on nutritional and energy healing to get at the reason for the dis-ease.

I've been going through a huge healing crisis for close to three weeks. Sort of like a cold, but not, and I just realized that it is very likely tied to that post. ♥ Thanks for helping me connect the dots!

2. I went through a round of bad dreams last month

Which is not my usual. Then one day I asked for a good dream, and I got a wonderful one. Since then I haven't remembered my dreams at all. I guess we all go in phases. I'd say if you're being "spoken to", definitely keep listening! :hi:

4. I agree that we do go in phases. This is just a totally new one.

I have always sort of left my dreams alone in my work. I have used them as a clearing house for things to sort out without actively doing anything in regard to them, other than than usual dream interpretation (if that makes any sense at all - lol)

There is definitely something up. It's really odd for me to be in the drivers seat with them in any sense.

I don't think I have ever asked for dream guidance, or for a definite type of dream. Definitely something to think about there. Thank you!
