Where's my brain...? Is it asrological, or moon, or what?
I have been running all week and still feel like I am looking at a week of work.
My heads been clouded for a few days now and I cant seem to break through the fog to get things done. meanwhile I have a headache that is coming & going, along with a weird ear ring and a sometimes a taste associated with it...

doesn't feel like I am getting 'sick' or anything, just run down and yet unable to sleep till 1 or 2 am...like my body is slowing but my brain is firing fast

I have a serious story to cough up ...and though the editor hasn't called me yet, i am thinking I should get 'er done...

but, but, where's my brain!?

Edited on Thu Oct-20-11 09:06 PM by Why Syzygy
had an entirely unusual level of un-localized anxiety for a few days. Headache all day, which I just realized is now a migraine.
I haven't been able to concentrate. I started Sepia last night. Could be a clearing today ...

or maybe from gritting my teeth ...

2. Try using this chart
http://www.bio-chart.com/

If your intellectual is critical or low, it might eplain the problems you are having.

3. What is the benefit of these charts?
If it tells me I am 'listless', does that mean I can do something to improve? Or is it just calendar driven?

5. The "listless"
referred to physical. Emotionally, I'm supposed to be good. But, when I am depressed, I can't listen to music.
That is sometimes how I know I am. What kind of music do you use?

6. Yes. I assumed it was a physical thing. Oddly enough, I listen to swing music when my energy is low
:)
Specifically - Benny Goodman -> Sing Sing Sing. It is very energizing for me.

8. What these charts tell you
are the best days to accomplish a task. If you know that you have a writing deadline coming up, you want to try to work when on that deadline when your intellectual biorhythm is at its peak. You also do not want to run a marathon when your physical biorhythm is low or critical because you may be injured and you probably will not achieve your best running time. It's a way to make your life easier.

10. i wish it worked that way
unfortunately, i have deadlines almost every day, so I just have to knuckle through.
I had to stop treatment for my auto-immune issue (serious arthritis, connective tissue stuff) because of upcoming surgery(hysterectomy, fibriod tumors).
The pain blanket is closing in on me rapidly this week, and energy is leaking too... I am inflamed everywhere and it is just making life that much more difficult. Back when i was in the throes of this before I got my meds and went into remission, i was practically immobile. and pain makes it hard to think.

I have my pre-op Tuesday, and hopefully can get the surgery done by the first week of Nov...then I have to wait another 2-3 weeks before I can take my meds again. (They suppress the immune system and i can't risk infection)

12. Hints
Because the emotional biorhythm affects judgment, try to avoid shopping on emotionally critical or low days. You may come home and wonder why you made a purchase or spend too much. It's also not a good time to start a diet if you are an emotional eater.

I call my intellectually critical days my auto-pilot days. It's when you do things automatically without thinking, like locking your front door or making your favorite recipe that you know by heart and forgetting an ingredient. Another thing is driving to work and not remembering what you've passed on the way.

13. I want to
minimize those days when I have no idea what I did all day .. wasted .. I'm going to watch the youtubes that go along with this.
Thank you for sharing this. .. How it helped so far - I have some boxes to get out of storage and sort through and put in new boxes.
This chart indicates I should wait a few days until my physical energy has returned and get to it! Right now, my mental will allow
me to go through the paperwork boxes already inside and be able to successfully concentrate on what to do with what pieces. :D
This is good :yourock:

14. This might harken back to your post
of last month and mental energy, that we only having a certain amount of it throughout the day, that it gets depleted because just about everything we do takes mental effort. This is real energy, FL. I think it needs to be restored
