I hope dreams really aren't an experience of an alternate reality
Because if they are, I am bound to be really, really unpopular in that realm. I am constantly dropping out of dreams and into this world at the most inopportune of times. Mid-conversation, even worse - mid-sentence, mid-kiss, mid-saving the planet.

Weird that it happens. One minute I'm dreaming, the next I'm wide awake with chat lag. :P

1. Try the technique of programming your dreams:
http://www.realityshifter.com/2007/how-to-program-your-dreams-in-advance

I've used this with some success (like only a few times) so I know it works. Maybe you'll be able to finish a scenario in a dream :D

2. Thank you! That looks like a good process to implement.
I'll give it a go soon and see what happens! I think I am doing it in a non-structured manner since my last thoughts before conking out are the focus of many dreams of late, but this gives me tools to fine tune it all.

Thanks much! ♥

4. Tried this (kind of) when I was a little kid,
on vaca with family, had ridden 'Lady,' horse I'd liked, and wanted to dream about here. My mother suggested I 'think' about her at bedtime so I would dream about her; didn't work! But, here I am 60+ years later, STILL remember her (and the vacation.) Thanks!

3. My dreams are pretty much REAL reality, that is,
I can usually recognize an event from day before which provided the seed or an element of the dream. Of course, there are times I'd like to finish the dream/story, so depending on subject, I just think, 'Oh, well,' or 'Oh, THAT's what that was about!'

:hi:
