Woke up this morning and while I waited for my coffee to get done I noticed a book left on my front porch on the big cat house.
My husband said it wasn't there when he went to work this morning.
Its a pretty beat up copy of Teresa Mooreys "The Fairy Bible" which I normally would be feelin pretty good about.

However someone had written and drawn things throughout the book......It seems to be a finger pointing at certain paragraphs.
There are other sentences that have black finger print marks just like at the police station.

Some of the words written in ink are "Have super strength" This phrase is repeated frequently 'Take back your three wishes you asked for them"
In the section about Ravens (Which is one of my totems)its written in ink "Created for you Take back your Raven Power you asked for it" Then its scribbled in "I'm the god of the universe. Iam heaven crowned me.I'm waiting on the throne you cheated'

The book before the extra writing is absolutely beautiful.

At least the versions that I use have this capability.

I don't think that there's a built-in spell checker in IE, but there is at least one spell check add-on that is available. I haven't used it though.

In Chrome, the misspelling is shown with a wavy red line under it, and you can right click on the word to get the menu that allows you to deal with the misspelled word. Firefox works the same way.

Your inability to spell has nothing to do with your level of intelligence. I would never judge someone's intelligence on their spelling abilities.

I suspect that I have a bit of dyslexia myself. Mine manifests when I deal with random strings of characters; I often get them mixed up. It also happens when I read a multiple-digit number; I will often see it wrong. Because of this, I've become an absolute perfectionist to the point where I drive people crazy because I double and triple check most things. (Not always my posts here though.) Because I'm a computer programmer, it's a serious issue that could cause serious problems in my programs, so I'm glad that I've found a way to compensate for my own personal brain issue even if it does take me three times as long to do something than it normally takes others. I invest a lot of my mental energy in this way, so I am quite exhausted by what seem like simple mental tasks to others. It is only through sheer will power that I am able to function. (This is one reason why I can't always respond immediately in this group; I have no energy left for even simple mental tasks by the end of the day.)

I also cannot handle directions. My brain is very spatially-challenged.

I tell you my story because I want you to know that most of us have our own "issues" just like you. They have nothing to do with intelligence, and you're very clearly very intelligent.

I think that the world works best when we celebrate our differences, as long as they're not hurting anyone else. :)

84. Two of my sisters blamed my daughter for being attacked, both times it happened.

I truly believe that their exposure to mercury in-utero, and as kids until 1985, caused a total lack of compassion, conscience and empathy.

My first reaction was too not take it to seriously and to laugh it off. Someone thought they might scare you. Why give them that satisfaction? Instead laugh out loud, rejoice that someone brought a great book to your attention, now you can purchase a pristine copy and enjoy the contents. Probably not the intention of the gift barers, but hey sometimes people aren't very bright.


I would also send the book Light and Love. Whoever left it wanted to rattle your cage, without realizing you aren't in a cage therefore it has no power over you. Instead whoever left it is the very one indeed who is trapped in the cage. Pray for them as they are obviously scared and afraid. Also no one knows if the writing is from whoever left it or was already written by someone else since it is a library book :shrug:

51. HOLY SHITE!!!!! It Happened again!!!!!

This is the E-mail Mr Howler Sent me this morning. :(



This morning I was slightly shocked when I went outside to put out the cat food and I did not see the car, but then I remembered we had to park further back because the white van was in our space.

When I actually went out to the car to go to work, I found the driver's side door unlocked and open just a crack. Naturally, I assummed that either I forgot to lock it when I got out (possible, but rare) and someone had searched the car for money or valuables. When I looked inside, it didn't look like anything was missing, but there was a CD case in the storage area between the two front seats. I didn't remember leaving one in the car, so I took a look at it.

It isn't one of mine. It has the word Cadillac and the Cadillac logo embossed on the front. It is almost full of CDs.

I don't have the slightest idea where it came from or why someone would leave it in our car. Maybe one of our neigbors were not paying attention and thought they were putting it in a different car? Maybe they don't like our tastes in music and are trying to change us?

It doesn't seem like something someone would have given us on purpose or for a purpose. There doesn't seem to be any kind of theme to the CDs included, it just looks like something someone would put together to listen to in their car. I am a bit mistified.

Well, I will bring it home tonight. I don't know if it has any relation to the "Bible of Faries" or not.

around my home. I would not want the book or the CD collection. It seems to me they have evil intentions attached to them.

Twice is too many times to be a mistake. Get your neighbor who works for the sheriff's office to help you. Or, talk to the police. In the meantime, do what you can to protect yourself. This gives me an icky, bad feeling.

How does one unlock a car without damaging it? Now, I have heard of people that can get the frequency from an electronic lock if they are close by when you use it.

You *might* be able to use muscle testing or a pendulum with these objects to ascertain the intent or identity of the people involved. That may or may not be accurate.

In any case, yes, do talk to your neighbor and.....

I've seen these long pop lock things that towing companies and police use that could open a locked car door.

Our car is a little 2001 Chevy prism everything is manual LOL! That Frequency for electronic locks thingy sounds great but it wouldn't work on our car too high tech.

59. Howler, I don't normally get strong vibes on alot of things

and I definitely seek them from all sources...but this is giving me a creepy feeling if only for the fact that something is happening on your property/to your property and
seems deliberate. It is unknown their intentions and I would definitely trust in your friends and neighbors. Often things are done as jokes or simple pranks, but I sense
this is going above and beyond that.

I am in no way a mystic - and by no means want to scare you. Please lock your doors, get a barking dog (borrow a friends if you don't want one permanently) and maybe invest
in some motion sensor type bulbs. They aren't extremely high in cost. I worry about you.

90. hmm, i wouldn't mess around. involve authorities and take precautions.

i'm used to locking all doors and stuff religiously, so that might be a habit to upgrade to ritual. also authorities need to know and things need to be documented. it could be a very disturbed human being, possibly with untreated mental illness, trying to communicate to you and becoming "frustrated." or it could be unexplainable. either way, it needs to be remanded to the proper authorities about trespass and concerns for stalking.

I did talk to the sheriff that lives on the block and a couple of other neighbors about what is going on so we all are keeping an eye out.
If one more incident happens the sheriff advised to call the police in on this situation.
