Did anyone watch the lunar eclipse this morning?
...I did not know there was going to be one.

I get up early and noticed the moon looked an odd shape. A little while later, I noticed that it is almost in full corona. OMG, it is beautiful!

Inquiring minds want to know, what does a lunar eclipse mean astrologically?

1. I saw the partial one
Right out my door. I didn't get up early enough for the full one, unfortunately. I tried to take photos, but the camera and my knowledge of same wasn't quite up to the task. but I will try to post my best later.

Remember Thomas Hardy? In one of his books Return of the Native an eclipsed moon played a huge role. Not good is all I remember from that--it was pretty creepy.

2. I can't see it for the cloud cover, unfortunately
The weather is shaping up to be a very nice day, though. The birds are out in force and it should warm up to a rather comfortable temperature. Perfect for running around with my wee monster man. :)

4. I...er...slept through it

Not sure how visible it would have been, though, what with it being nearly full daylight at the time. But I never got a chance to find out. I do feel better today (emotionally, mentally) than I did yesterday, though. Like some of the pressure has been released.

5. Not to worry, MG
it wasn't visible from our neck of the woods. Only the western States, Asia, and Australia were able to see the whole show. The Eastern US didn't even get a peek.

9. Oh yeah - I was exhausted and muddle-headed all yesterday
I've found that eclipses seem to do that to me.

11. I got up and took a look at it
and It gave me a very odd feeling....of course it was something like 28 f ....but where it was in the sky and the color (reddish)..... I was expecting to feel excited about it....but just felt something between bad/sad.

So, maybe it is just a reflection of what is inside of me- but I must say that I have been feeling very lucky and grateful for my life and farm and daughter and ..... Maybe I just need to stay warmer and not go out when it is 28 f outside.

12. Interesting Tumbulu ...
...and while it was beautiful, I too felt a kind of sadness. I have been feeling kind of muddled all week as well but nothing worse yesterday, just a sort of malaise.
