‘Medicine, astrology complement each other’

Some of these questions that have perturbed mankind for ages find ready answers in the science of astrology, says Dr Dinesh Sharma.
Dr Sharma, who was given the Dhanwantri Award instituted by the All-India Integrated Medical Association (AIIMA) of Punjab today, teaches in Desh Bhagat Ayurvedic College and Hospital of Amloh (Mandi Gobindgarh). He is working towards the fusion of the basic tenets of ayurveda, astrology and Vaastu for treatment of patients.
These sciences complement each other and trace their roots to the Vedas. He says that it is possible to determine the day, time and season through astrology when certain persons would be prone to certain illnesses.
