3. Nostradamus

Some see him/it as the United Nations. Others as a literal man.

Isn't that the president of Pakistan in the picture? I don't really follow Nostradamus. There might be something there, but it escapes me.

4. Singh
Singh -- I think he's the prime minister of India. I don't remember the details but Bush gave India some nuclear rights or recognition during his recent trip. It seemed to have been contrary to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.

5. Good find, Ouabache! Yes, it was Nostradamus!
What's very scary is that the chimp just gave him an open door to nuclear arms- Without having India sign the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty.

6. Great catch, Ouabache.
It was Nosty. Here's the quatrain, C. 9 V. 73.

The Blue Turban King entered into Foix
And he will reign less than the evolution of Saturn:
The White Turban King Byzantium heart banished
Sun, Mars, and Mercury near Aquarius. (C.9:73)

"The Blue Turban" Moslem militants (or, the United Nations army) will overthrow the "White Turban" Turkish ruler of C.5:47. Foix is in southwest France, which will be invaded. The new Moslem empire will last less than 30 years, the period of an orbit of Saturn around the sun. The conjunction of Mars, Mercury, and the Sun in Aquarius last occurred in January 1994.
= = = = = = =
**However, I just looked up the word 'foix' in the French dictionary. Foi means faith, so foix would be the plural = faiths?
The evolution of Saturn is about 29 1/3 years. i doubt that Manmohan Singh has that many years left to rule, but you never know.
The 'White turban king' could possibly be Bush.
I don't know when the Sun + Mars + Mercury will be in Aquarius. Interestingly, the dates for the sun sign Aquarius is Feb. 19 through March 20, so the Sun WAS in Aquarius while Bush was in India.

Very thought provoking!

7. Could 'White Turban King' also be the Pope/Catholic Church?
 Given the "Fundies vs. Ragheads" mentality some of the knuckle draggers have since 9/11 ?

8. I think he meant Lana Turner.
She almost always wore turbans.

I could be wrong, tho!

Sorry - I'm feeling silly tonite - too many depressing posts about people getting banned, etc.

I feel a need to lighten up...
