well seems i'm moving this year

both DH and I have been feeling it's time to go. We thought we'd be here for a couple more years but he and I both (independently) have been feeling it's time to go so......


we'll need to sell one house and buy another. where can I get some info on when is a good time and what months/timeframes to avoid when making these major decisions on houses/$$$

any suggestions?

2. no, don't think so. I'm being drawn to SE New Mexico

but will have to take a trip over there. But it's looking like the Pecos Valley in NM (Artesia/Carlsbad/Roswell)

10. look at the ruler of your fourth house...

...and your husband's. Also look at transits to your fourth houses. Try to put the house on the market when aspects are not tense and nothing is retrograde (if the house rulers are inner planets- outers retrograde so much that is usually not feasible). All this info is available at www.astro.com. 12. Darn, I can't see the charts you posted!

A message says the image file has expired. But Neptune rules Pisces- yes, it spends a lot of time retro. Your husband's fourth house is ruled by Mercury- it is much easier to work around Merc retros. Neptune is involved in the on-again-off-again T-square that is happening this year.

If this were my house I would put it up for sale after Saturn turns direct on April 5. Mercury will be in forward motion at that time. When Saturn first turns direct it will not yet be opposing Neptune. Though Neptune will be squaring Jupiter, I would far prefer that square to benefic Jupiter than the eventual recurring opposition to Saturn. This is not an easy year astrologically but for most of us, life goes on, easy aspects or not! :)

13. we will need til probably may-june to get the house ready to sell

and take care of some other business, 60 days from 4-1 i'm thinking

then there's the trip to NM to check things out to consider as well

but hopefully the move done by late fall is what we are shooting for (stars and universe supporting hopefully)
