Spring Equinox: The time in NOW!

I received the following information in an E-mail from a spiritually evolved friend:


It is very important today, the Spring Equinox, to focus on joy, to stay positive! Do NOT focus on what is wrong, what used to be, NO MATTER WHAT IS GOING ON IN YOUR LIFE, or has gone on prior to this moment or all memories of the past will REMAIN within you. This is an opportunity to release ALL that we as a Soul have experienced since we left the ONENESS!

If we choose not to make our commitment, then we will have to wait for another year...Spring Equinox 2007...before we have the opportunity to do so again.

In between, there will be much happening to nudge, push, and awaken others to the point they will ask if there isn’t another way...and be given the opportunity to say "Yes!" to their Divine Soul Essence.

We have gone through our trial by fire, we have tested ourselves in numerous ways, and we have come through it all; we are ready!

We can choose today to let go of and release all remaining fear, doubt, hesitation, hurt, pain, guilt, shame, resentment -- whatever we have been holding onto, whether we have conscious awareness of it or not. It can be released from our cellular memory, along with any and all karma we feel or have been told that it carries! Just do it!

Today is a New Birth, a Baptism, a Cleansing of our Soul, clean and clear and bright and shiny! Today, at or after 1:26 EST, take a moment, do a ceremony if you so choose. As you do, you will be in the Flow.

We have the ability to manifest, the ability to heal ourselves and others, access to the TRUTH, Ancient Wisdoms that have not been upon this Earth in a very long time, if ever. All is being opened to us so that we can bring about CHANGE. We are to Be Truth, Be Love, Be Light, and in doing so, we become the Joy! And just by our be-ing, we bring about change.

There are no swords to raise, no fights to fight, no causes to champion; we just have to Be Who We Are. Love is the only ‘rule’..Do No Harm...to yourself or another. Allow yourself to be guided, stop before you act, and come from your heart. We will be guided, we will be supported, we will be called upon...if words are needed, they will ‘fall out’ of our mouth.

The Stone of Days will have its bindings loosened so that it can begin to turn...by our actions we are determining what the ‘future’ will bring. Dream your dreams; go within and bring forth that which you know. It will be easy, and it will be beautiful!

I woke up one morning last week with this beautiful tune running in my head - and it's stayed with me since. It's from Sally Potter's "Orlando". If anyone hasn't seen this wonderful film (as well as her other films e.g. The Tango Lesson), please do! Her work is brilliant and deeply in touch with the creative heart.
