Immediately after the solar eclipse we began a forward movement. Although gentle at first, it is rapidly accelerating to the point of WOW! As of last night, April 5, this energy is knocking our socks off. Some of you may be thinking, "I don't feel anything," and others may be barely walking and talking. This is a short message this time, as I am one who is barely walking and talking.

I have not felt a surge of higher energy this intense for several years. If you are fairly open and sensitive, you may be having heart palpitations or the like as our hearts are trying to accommodate a much higher frequency. You may feel very nauseous or need to run to the bathroom every few minutes. You may have a headache or you may feel as thought your body is turning inside out with severe muscle pain and weakness. You may feel extreme anxiety as so much energy is racing through your system. Or you may even feel as though you are losing your mind....

Doesn't sound like too much fun, does it? What is happening here is that we are having to accommodate 100 watts of energy into a 75 watt lightbulb, but we would not be doing this if we were not ready. Can you imagine having this happen a few months or even years ago? We would probably be dead.

All the aligning and readying that needed to occur the past few months is finally finished. We are now actually inhabiting the new space that all the readying was for. All the new information is arriving. We are now in our new places and the process will now begin unfolding. The new places we are inhabiting are lined up in all ways. This is why we are feeling so much energy moving..there are no more blockages or integrating or readiness required.

1. I had the worst menstrual cramps of my life Thursday the 6th.

I was wondering, why my heart seems to be in such overdrive. it has been for a couple of weeks on and off, though. I thought maybe it comes from being under stress. Yesterdday, it was very strong. I thought I am losing it, or am close to a nervous meltdown.

3. Heart palpitations, check. Headache, check. Muscle weakness,

check. These issues have cropped up since the eclipse, are not attributable to any health conditions I have, and though they've been mild compared with some of what the rest of you describe, they're weird.

Also available: high energy, especially the kind that can be accessed when I need it to a) power walk, or jog, b) run extra errands, c) do rapid housework, or d) stay up late. I would actually characterize the main way the eclipse has affected me with the phrase, "Kicked into high gear."

4. Nausea - out of nowhere, yep.

No bugs going around my office - nothing unusual in my diet recently - not PMS time ... but I was green with nausea starting at about 10 AM Friday. Odd.

am less glued to * gov't gloom/doom. All desire for nightly glass of wine gone-. Carrying cell phone more than ever in case I have a heart attack! Subtle but profound spiritual changes as well. W/ this info can square my shoulders in confidence and build upon this new & MOST welcome evolution....PHEW!!

That could certainly explain the nausea, fuzziness, aches and total exhaustion. I even had a nap today and I never nap. I don't feel that I have a bug.

I've been having episodes of palpitations for the past 6 months. Its been pointed out more than by one person that its my heart chakra opening. My back pain is mainly on the back side of the chakra so it fits. Its all disconcerting to say the least.

Interesting times, and we did choose to be here. I sure wish I could remember why though.

8. Yep, heart palpatations on Tues. night while umpiring.

Kind of left me feeling like my heart was skipping beats or throwing
pvc's. I'm already on a heart med for premature atrial contractions. But Tuesday evening was the peak of what I have been feeling for around a week now. Also, I've been getting a lot more high pitch ringing in the ears lately. Almost like I was trying to tune into another frequency. I knew I felt a shift this week! I became calmer and more at ease with those around me. Even their anger didn't rile me. I found I was more in tune with just trying to hear them and acknowledge their feelings without being defensive. No fear and a nice feeling of humility that allowed me to resolve conflict rather than add to it.

10. Heart racing, blood boiling. I've been very conscious of my

heart beat. Sometimes it feels like it's pounding. Also, I've been feeling like I can feel my blood circulating--it's like what I image an electrical current would feel like running through my body. This has been going on for about a month, now.

She is also very spiritual and channels the Ascended Masters. I asked her about the strange energy vibrations many are picking up. Her reply:

Yes, the vibrational energy is heightening quite a bit and will continue, no let up. The pole of earth is shifting slightly right now on it's axis too, which increases the vibrational spiritual energy. This in turn awakens each human being to address what their spiritual purpose is on this earth. They must face their lessons and issues directly and work through them according to the Divine Plan. will print out to read on break, but all I know is I am soooooooooo veryyyyyy tired. I've been this way for over a month now, just so tired I can barely function and I've been sleeping alot. Went to dr. who did blood work and said my Vitamin D level is very low, but could find nothing else - except for she thought I was actually depressed and put me on new additional anti-depressants. That was a month ago, and I am still dragging ass. I've got a couple of vacation days scheduled for end of the month, but I'm seriously wondering if I'm going to make it that far. I've never been this tired in my life.
