Another dream

I had had a dream that I had gotten someone I had known for a few months pregnant, but didn't remember doing it. What I do remember is visiting something like a doctor's office, and being asked 'didn't I remember?' The whole time I was thinking "Where was I when this happened?" My interpretation was "Be careful what you wish for." since I was feeling extreme loneliness for a while. What are your interpretations?
