1. Looks like sunlight through leaves to me.
It's curious how the angle * is standing at and the angle the photographer captured him at put the sunlight only on him, though, not on the officiant next to him.

2. It may be doctored .
remember the AP photo that cut out Katherine Harris? Freaky stuff.

I don't think it is sunlight through leaves. Not just on him. Maybe ghost orbs. And they look distorted. That makes sense. I don't think this pic is for real. Something not quite right.

I was thinking it was a fake or some kind of camera oops, but it's just entirely bizarre that the spots are only on him.

4. Those spots are also on the Reverand's sleeve and
the rope dangling from his waist.
I think it's just sunlight through leaves.
