Quick help on an astrology-timing related question please??

I just re-read all the info about the eclipse tomorrow and the Equinox, etc. and the things Bliss posted about manifesting/wishing on that day, however I'm wondering how you all think this would play out:

As you know, Hubby FINALLY got his job back in Charlotte where he is supposed to be---the good one he lost right after the car wreck. Keep in mind he's a dj here; base pay and tips. He's working for THE most progressive, A-gressive and almost the richest corporation in his business right now. When he left they were paying him a really good base pay, because he drives almost 2 hours to go to work (one way). When they hired him back, the manager that was there only wanted to (base)pay him about half what he was getting, because his ego couldn't take the fact the Dj made more than him. Now,that would have been workable if the tips had been what they would before,but due to many things, they are equaling less than half that they were before--so we are still in the hole. Said manager has been fired. His replacement already assured my husband that he would remind the VP (who had told husband that he would raise his pay back up when he was in town 2 weeks ago); but hubby did not get a nailed-down, definate sure answer. He is going to sit down with new manager (who is regional) and explain to him our situation, and ask him for sure if he will raise hubby's pay back up to what it was before.
Is it ok astrologically for him to do this TODAY/this evening?I ask in context of what is going on tomorrow,not for everyone to have to get specific to my husband's chart. He can't do it tomorrow because he is off, and is not going to drive 4 hours to have that conversation then. Again, sorry about the overdone explination.

Though it's the dark of the moon, these are unresolved issues that have accrued over time so I wouldn't necessarily feel it warrants that he postpone the conversation for after the New Moon.

If it were an entirely new gig it would be far more important to do so.

However the Moon will square Pluto at 9:21 pm EDT tonight which can trigger power struggles and can result in the need for big bad attitudinal adjustments. If he can draw from a place of reclamation of what is rightfully his and be feeling appropriateness rather than the need for ego stroking it'll help a lot. IMHO
