Oil pulling - what do you think?

i've been hearing about OPT - oil pulling therapy - lately. i can't seem to find the any history or origin of this particular method - just that a dr. karach spoke about it at a conference somewhere.

anyone here know anything about it? tried it?

i'd love to hear any thoughts and opinions. :-)

I've found lots of interesting articles and sites linked from curezone.com. and I'm pretty sure I've come across some good articles and threads related to OPT. Seems like there's resources for everything "Alternative Healing" under the sun. My wife and I did a moderately long healing fast late last Summer and it was lots of fun to log on every day and exchange progress reports with other people who were going through the same healing work. You're sure to meet plenty of knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging people on those boards. We definitely did.
