Can I ask a question about Pluto transit
Edited on Fri Jan-19-07 02:30 AM by votesomemore
Is this the generational planet? ex-roomie told me something about it, which I promptly filed in, need to know later or never file. Conserve brain space. etc.

The boomers. Don't we have the same Pluto?

Or what am I thinking? There is a planet that rules generations, right?

1. There ARE generational astrological influences that are predicated in the

broader scheme primarily with Pluto and Neptune placements. For the boomers, Pluto was in Leo (roughly '40 thorough '57-58) and Neptune was in Libra ('42-'43 through '56-'57.)

With Pluto's elliptical orb, it's transits through the signs are not at all consistant in the various signs. It only spent 11 years in Scorpio.

Uranus spends approximately 7 years in a sign, Chiron spends about 4-5 years in a sign, Saturn spends about 2 & 1/2 years, and spends about a year, so they all influence the nature of "epi-generations" (i.e. subgroups or cycles within broader cycles.) These all comprise the influence an inherent nature of any given year. Ask any elementary school teacher and they'll generally comment on the varying and distinct quality of any given class.

2. Stella, can you shed some light on Pluto and the phase it will
be entering into in Nov. of this year? I would like to know your take on this.
It seems we will be entering into a very rocky time beginning in Nov.

4. Yeah I can but I'm off to a gig now and that will require more time than I have
available right now. Maybe someone else will chime in in the interim.

6. Okay I'm back though a little weary from the squealling sweet 16 year olds LOL
Am wondering why you are asking about November.

Is it because of the 11:11 energy ???

In November, Pluto will be at 27 degrees and change of Sagittarius. It'll be past the Galactic Center and Saturn will have ingressed into Virgo so it'll be past the square It'll be approaching it's ingress into Cap. Look to anything at 27 degrees of any signs for the major aspects, There are subtler ones as well. But it's pending planetary ingress is HUGE for sure.

It'll also be almost conjunct an approaching Jupiter but that'll happen in early-ish December. It'll be semi sextiling Venus but that's more personal than collective.

Can you be more specific with the premise for your question?

Thanks

7. I read somewhere that Pluto's influence in Capricorn is going
to mean huge political change and that it would start in Nov. 2007 and remain there through 2008. I wish I could be more specific, but I'm not an astrologer. I rely on the expertise of others, such as yourself. Thank you, Stella.

I've been trying to find it again, so I could give you the link, but just can't seem to locate it at the present time. I'll keep looking.

8. Whoops in the wee hours I messed up in the earlier post saying Saturn would be past the square. . .
ahhh. . .that should have been past the trine,

Anyhoo, I wrote extensively on the New Moon thread and on the thread the earlier week about the Mars conjunct Pluto thread the week before (both in GD) about the significance of Pluto's ingress into Capricorn and it's likely influence on transformation of government, business, banking, and corporate rule.

The time period you are refering to has Pluto doing it's final passes over the Galactic Center and quadriple passes of Pluto ingressing in and out of Sagitarius/Capricorn over the Solar Apex (through '09 in fact.)

These are really significant occurances.

I'm just hoping and praying it will herald an evolutionary leap for us all.

More later. I'm sort of wiped out from doing a bunch of readings last night.

3. I have a Pluto transit and am wondering about it
It's almost conjunct with my natal moon. Is that a significant transit?

5. It's very significant but see post #4
That is a huge "?"

But for now any meditations on purging any extraneous emotional baggage (we all mostly have some) and contemplate or visualize what it would feel like to truly own your power.

9. Okay,
Basically Pluto strips away anything that to which we have an unhealthy attachment. It gets rough if we resist the release or it's resulting opportunities for growth.

Generally there is a lot of wiggle room with Pluto transits. Some attribute that to a magnetic though strangely non physical source that proceeds Pluto's transit.

If one is able to let go of that which is keeping them stuck, then when the final pass arrives, one is profoundly more empowered.

Without knowing how your Moon is aspected or the house it's in, it's impossible to prognosticate what arena of life this is likely to impact me.

PM me if you need further insight into this process.

best.
