Oh my! Since my "epiphany" regarding manifestion, I feel so good!

I still haven't manifested this one particular thing I want, but nevertheless, I feel so much lighter, and more at ease. Is this my message that I DON'T have to worry and fret, etc?

It's funny; there's still that part of me that is telling me, "But if you DON'T worry and fret, etc., that means you don't really want what you say you want!" :eyes:

I have been working on a manifestion concerning contact with a person I've temporarily lost contact with. This person is very important to me, and what I realized, in my "epiphany", is that I was worrying, and fretting, and feeling scared, etc. And what I realized is that I felt was that I HAD to feel that way, because if I didn't, nothing would happen the way I wanted. :eyes:

The epiphany was that no, I DON'T have to feel that way, and in fact, getting caught up on those feelings is exactly what is stopping me from having what I truly want.

I grew up in a pretty negative environment, and one of my early lessons was that I was not worthy of having what I want. It's been a long road to this realization, and I'm so glad I finally have it.

In fact, worrying and fretting will DELAY your manifestation if not stop it all together. (Now don't start worrying about THAT -- just stop all worrying and fretting.)

When you find yourself worrying, shift to positive expectation, to gratitude (for all you have, all you're in the process of receiving).
