1. Two excellent books on this subject
are "Moon Time, The Art of Harmony With Nature and Lunar Cycles", by Johanna Paungger & Thomas Poppe and "Guided by the Moon, Living in Harmony with the Lunar Cycles", by Johanna Paungger & Thomas Poppe.

I used the advice in their books, coupled with my biorhythms, to schedule ELECTIVE foot surgery, with excellent results. My doctor was surprised that the bone healed in six weeks.

I highly recommend their books.

Another good book to read is "Under the Weather, How the Weather and Climate Affect our Health", by Pat Thomas.
