I had an interesting experience last night, re: sending light to

a friend of mine.

This friend is having a rough time of it right now, and there isn't much on the physical plane I can do. So I've been sending healing white light to him. Last night I had a very strong experience doing this. I saw him surrounded by white light, and then I felt this incredible, positive energy running from me to him. My body actually started tingling (and I don't mean that in a sexual way, but rather, tingling with this energy).

I saw the energy going from me to him, and it felt as if it were primarily going out from the palms of my hands.

This morning, I was awoken by hearing him say my name. It was as if the energy I had sent out had finally reached him, and helped him raise his head above the negativity he sees all around him right now.

When I told him about the "white light" and then hearing his voice in my mind this morning (so strongly it woke me up), he said, "Whoa! That's so cool!"

17. Not knowing what you know.

The two of you are obviously well connected through awareness right now. You have direct access access with transmissions as they flow. White light will help keep you impeccable with your intentions/focus/affirmations and can help you put your awareness on top of your head in the witness state which will keep you from inadvertently getting in the way. It can be held there by concentrating on your spine, with your breath and by feeling its weight coming down through you. What I like when working with flow, espcially when I'm not actively involved with it, is that I ask one/some of my favorite deities or/and angels to add their blessings while I reverberate a favorite tone or chant to everything in the space all around me in all directions. That keeps things going when I'm more consciously involved with other things. The combination adds punch and provides a touchstone to reflect my stance in relation to others. That is to say, once you can easily access your geometry, being practiced in grounding greatly helps, you can see what you look like in response to looking at/into what you're relating with. This gives you information as to how on the money you are and what types of things work best to get you to where you want to be next. In this way, you recalibrates and realign the world through all your connected with as well as the air energy within which we function and the earth energy upon which we stand.
