I am beginning to have a greater understanding now as I am come to believe that each thought, word, and deed effects All That Is and I take the responsibility for my part in each one of the individualized expressions of Life who have some discomfort in Body, Mind, or Spirit.

So I say to you, whoever you are,

“I am sorry, Please Forgive Me.”

So each time I am presented with discomfort of my own, or my thought about another I acknowledge the part I play in the big picture, and I say, with sincerity,

“I am sorry, Please Forgive Me.”


Next step for me is to start using it.

haven't had a chance to look over the site good yet.
So, it may say this .. that bookcover comes from Sandra Ray's newest book on
Ho'opono ponopono, which was introduced by Bonzai Bonie here.
Edit: Sandra Ray wrote THE book on Newbirthing in the early 80's.
The method does get you in touch with some angst. And possibly projectilve you to the New Age.


I have found it very sweet Ho'opono ponopono. Unobtrusive. It changed things in my life.
Please be advised. This is a healing method. When a healer takes Power, nothing is forcast.

At first it is very hard to say, "I love you". BB has expanded a bit for us. Thank You.
If you're familiary with Dr. E's work, you get that one. I'm sorry. And Love.
Risk to Love. It might seem rote at first, but you cannot continue to emote and not feel a change.

Maybe that is the way 'manifestattion' is too... and why some of us find it more difficult.
