1. I'll SHOUT even louder on that count. . .
Let's see if we can embarrass him with compliments like we can with cassie.

But can't we offer up some victuals slightly more nutritious than cyber coffee and doughnuts or donuts or however you want to spell 'em Homer?

"D-oh."

Still thinkin' "cartoon-ily."

in terms of silliness, stella! :D

:bounce: <--- I'm starting to really like this little green guy for some reason.

(Edit: Changed to make it clear that I was talking about Rick in reference to being the King of Silliness.)

(Oh, and I consider silliness to be a very good thing! :D)

5. I'll share a cyber donut with Metta any day. They look delicious,
Metta! They have all of the bad things taken out and only good things inserted in their place.

I hope you are doing well, Metta. Hello to all the rest of you too, along with the same sentiments.
:hi: :grouphug:

9. Hi there.
Yes, they also have no calories or fat. If that's the best that DU can do food-wise, then, so be it. Personally, I'd like a sandwich for maybe a plate of meatloaf, potatoes and caramelized or grilled veggies. Mmm.

Maybe Dream will fix me a plate or make me some pie. (Not holding my breath though.)

Metta saw this. :D

(It's my understanding that pie is one of his favorite desserts! We were just talking about this yesterday.)

apple, lemon meringue and chocolate cream...oh yeah, I removed the fat and calories and loaded them up with vitamins and EFAs....not to mention the TLC I put in there...phew!!! I've got flour all over my forehead and my apron, I'll have to throw it in the laundry for sure! ;)

6. You DID hear Krispy Kreme has whole wheat dounuts now?
Yep, I saw an article on it the other day. You can have your deep fat fried, transfat laden, sugar coated, carbs in a whole wheat version now bcause everybody KNOWS whole grain is a healthy choice...

Donuts, however, are still one of the yummiest treats I can think of (if you exclude chocolate chip muffins, that is...)

Rick, I'm sending you not only a donut, but a WHOLE WHEAT donut with a cup of Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee!

:donut:

7. That seems oxymoronic, for some reason!
:)

Well, now, let me rethink this. Do they come in vanilla "kreme"-filled?!! :9

8. It's about as oxymoronic as war mongers, profiteers & torturers
masquerading as Christians.

That does it.

I'm gonna go get a bag of ginko biloba onion rings and sit in the corner and think about it for a while.

The idea of those always has cracked me up. You'd have to eat a 50 gallon barrel of them to get their medicinal effect. Yikes.

Wait, wait. . .weren't you the one looking for healthy eating tricks. . .?

Whoops I'll shut up now.
