Went to a Martha Moore-Stevens workshop yesterday

on The Eleven Mysteries. Folks, if any of you are EVER near one of the events where Martha is speaking, please go. The blessing and light from this person is incredible! This event was love offering, and I've noticed when I put up flier information that it often says that Martha says to turn no one away.

Anyway, the 11 mysteries--the first is that we are all part of That (called in this case "I AM")-and how all that happens is also a part of That. That people are so different because that is where they are in their development . Martha gave many examples from her own life, and how she has stayed centered on joy and thankfulness, even for things that,viewed from the outside, would look to be rather terrible.

The paragraphs on atheists and that they are where they are supposed to be brought a smile to my lips--I think perhaps I can get along better with them, even the ones who appear to be the most insufferable.

If you can't get to one of her talks, consider getting a CD or DVD. As on participant said yesterday, "I go to things like this a lot, and they often drag on-but the time with Martha just flew!"
