I'm new to this forum

and I thought I'd just tell you a little bit about myself. Well, first of all, I've had some "unusual" experiences with dreams and deja vous type situations. I'll give you the biggest one that ever happend, and I was wondering if y'all could tell me what you think. The day before my g.grandmother died, I had an overwhelming urge to call her, unfortunately, I didn't get the chance. That night, I had a very tough time sleeping. Woke up thinking something was wrong. This also happened to my sister and one of my brothers on the exact same night. Things that I dream about have happened. Is there some way I can "tune" into this "energy" or do these things just sometimes happen?

2. Hi Maine-ah! Great to have a fresh voice in the forum...welcome!

I think the more tuned in we become, the more we discover just how connected we all are. If you have never meditated, that is the best way to begin strengthening that connection. It takes practice and persistence but is well worth the effort. Breathwork can also be part of that process.

Beyond that, all the areas of the intuitive arts are very good training to teach you how to begin to dialogue with that inner voice more easily...your guides. It's a little like learning a new language....the more you practice it the easier it becomes.

Becoming more conscious of when and how these synchronicities occur on a daily basis is a way to begin to acknowledge it. You probably have many more of these connections happening than you may currently realize.

It is so great to see new faces on our little forum. We share lots of stuff here and encourage each other in opening and learning. There are so many talented souls who post here....so glad you are joining in.

I've found that for me, the best thing is to pay attention and "trust" what I get.....the more I do that, the more accurate my "sense" becomes.

I found a site about meditation, and I'm going to start with that this weekend, while it's nice and quiet around the house. I guess from there, I'll hang around here. I noticed there are some here that do dream interpretation, so, I think I'll start writing these down in a journal. Maybe there is something there maybe not. I'll just see what happens.
