Any ways to use more of your mind?

You always hear that we humans only use a fraction of our brain capacity. Is there any way to tap into more of our potential? Supplements? Acupuncture? Anything anyone knows about? Thanks.

1. Of course there are many, many ways

My favorites are doing lots of mental activities like crossword puzzles, the 24 math game, and reading.

I also take Focus Factor a supplement that enhances concentration and ability to focus. It is wonderful! My kids take it too! It is amazing to see the difference in them when they have taken it- can play the piano for long periods of time and can play pieces more accurately etc, etc.

Also, juggling is wonderful for the brain! Some very scientific studies demonstrate that juggling grows the brain significantly!! :crazy:
