To clear the air

I hereby apologize for being a jerk, and hope this apology will be accepted by those posters here.
However, I want to clarify that I am still not sure how much I will post; I have to feel my way through. It will depend on how I feel down the road.
I never expected anyone to apologize to me for their choices in candidates. However, there were some personal attacks by one poster in particular who knows who he/she is, and these were totally out of line.
What made me really angry was that these personal attacks had nothing to do with the issues, but were ad hominem attacks on me personally. And I was hurt that nobody here seemed to realize that these were out of line and did anything about it, especially the moderators, who had to be pushed several times to delete the personal attacks. Personal attacks on posters are not fair. They are not conducive to good board relations between posters. This behavior is also against the rules, but it seemed to me that if a poster was backing Obama, they did not get sanctioned at the same rate as Hillary supporters did. I can argue candidates and issues and never get steamed, really; but when I am the subject of mean personal attacks by people who don't know me at all, that is painful and it pisses me off.
And That is what I was asking an apology for, not my views or their views.
Regardless of my personal bias on one candidate over another, my posts in ASAH were never meant to push my own views. I simply posted what I saw in visions or what I read in the cards. I am willing to concede that my visions may be shaped by my views. I do not believe my card readings are.

That is all I have to say.

now for the good news: I think at this point the melodrama should tone down a bit. We know we're all working together for the same goal; we've passed a difficult milestone and I believe at this point there will be a lot more unity.

you're referring to me. I've said some things that you probably didn't like. I don't feel a need to apologize for anything. Some of the people you invited to the group were absolutely caustic. So, what did you expect to happen.

However, I don't plan to post in the group anytime for the foreseeable future due to the ruckus you created, so your problem should be solved.

...from someone put on the ignore list. It is important to stand for one's beliefs and it is also important to sympathize with people who disagree and respect being put in the ignore list, even though it is something I could never do unless someone threatened my life or something, lol.

I hope you continue to post the wonderful information that you get even if some of us don't like it (I haven't always liked it but I respect the people who post it and so it makes it OK by me). I appreciate all the good info and links that come through here.

The bottom line is we are all adults and should be able to manuever even the toughest of times because we understand the gravity of the situation on the planet.
