1. More
This page, while hard to read, has some interesting points:

http://www.worldastrology.net/2008/12/bernard-madoff-arrest/

snip:

When looking at charts, always look to the left side because it is the beginning of the chart. With Capricorn rising, Saturn, the planet of age, is quite fitting, for this refined septuagenarian husler (sic). We see Saturn in the 9th house, but only 8 degrees from entering the house of the authorities, the 10th. Don’t miss the 4 planets in the 12th, the place of self undoing? Bernie had kept this game up through other downturns, but this one was so severe, that too many of his clients wanted their money back.

Here's his chart Pretty amazing--yes? So many planets in the first house and another slew of them in the 12th. It's all about him and it's all about self-undoing:

2. a couple blog entries about Madoff
This astrologer doesn't really have a lot of interesting stuff to say about Madoff, but he does comment on what the astrological influences will be in near future:

Now that Pluto the Transformer is in staid Capricorn to stay, we’re going to see an emphasis on capital preservation, as opposed to chasing outsize gains through investment vehicles such as hedge funds, which are unregulated by the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission.

There are two posts on Madoff at this blog (scroll down). On the second one, he tells of a lunch meeting with Madoff.
