Whole lotta transits goin' on. Any advice on working with their energies?

I am just beginning to study astrology and it looks to be good timing as I am, amongst many other aspects, have pluto square pluto, saturn square saturn, & uranus squaring natal saturn and natal neptune. Considering some of the discussion people have else where when aspects like pluto square pluto occur I think I am lucky I am not coming *totally* unglued just now. I have my moments or days but at least it isn't constant stuff erupting from my subconscious. I have been doing a lot of work on myself which must be helping but I was wondering if anyone felt like sharing anything they do to assist the process at times like this. I take vitamins, do energy work including Reiki & chakra clearing, ground, etc. and get bodywork done on me regularly as well. I know I need to drink more water (even if my usual beverage is weak black tea) and exercise more. I have been trying to think uup some sort of visulisation to work with the energies but keep drawing a blank and go back to vacumming out my chakras :p
