my brother, who's an IT contractor, got cut at the end of November. The company called him this week and will fund his position, so he'll be back to work in a week-and-a-half at best, 2 weeks at worst.

he passed a web-based test and had the interview yesterday. Just heard from him and he got the job as a web designer.
