In these times of fear, stress and regret, don't forget...

...your spice bottle.

itsjustme has repeatedly told us how to make them: empty (clean) spice bottle + layer of cut up copper scouring pad + layer of cotton + copper shreddings + cotton + copper + cotton + some time on top of your head = easy way to rebalance discombobulated energy.

Or if you're too busy/lazy to make this contraption, you could do what I've been doing lately—just put an uncut copper scouring pad on your head, with maybe a wad of cotton on top. In a pinch, you can skip the cotton. And put the scouring pad anywhere you're having pain or irritation (presuming the pain is not from, like, a gushing wound or anything else that needs a doctor rather than a kitchen cleaning device). Right now, my scouring pad is in the left cup of my bra, and is rebalancing my energy quite nicely.

Those of you who've never tried this probably think it sounds bizarre, but I swear it helps. In the last week, I've used it to improve a phlegm-y cough, muscle soreness in my lower back, a stiff knee and my mild, exercise-induced asthma.

In my neck of the woods, a scouring pad is only $.79. Just saying.

1. I really have to get around to trying this someday.
Thanks for the reminder, BI, and thanks to itsjustme for the initial information.

2. you are talking to a woman known to wear an amethyst cluster strapped to her forehead
That is great for headaches too. I will be trying the copper pad thingy the next time I go shopping! My poor tummy can't stand otc pain pills so the more non-pill non-toxic don't cause more trouble than I'm trying to fix cures in my toolkit the better!

6. When I lived in Chile, the Andean native people used to wear sliced potatoes
bound with a head band across their foreheads to cure headaches. I don't get headaches so I never tried it and can't vouch for the efficacy of it, but your post reminded me of it if it's something you would like to experiment with.

3. I definitely need this right now
Thank you so much for posting. I will be buying a copper scouring pad shortly.

"Right now, my scouring pad is in the left cup of my bra..."

I'm sorry, but that really did make me laugh!

4. on a related note
I tried looking for Carlo the copper guy's website and I guess it was a bust. He's the guy that was on American Inventor with all sorts of copper products. (He wasn't accepted). He claimed his eyesight improved after he started wearing copper mesh eyeglasses. Plus he was selling a copper mesh mask to wear at night to breathe through. He said it helped his allergies.

I think he went to some bit of expense to get patents and get these things made, etc. I don't know if the FDA started asking questions or he got sick or what (he wasn't young).

Now I assume all this works great. After all the body is its own organic material so it could maybe just need the inorganic to add orgone to wherever is needed.

Just one caveat--I would probably ask a pendulum about this first, because some people react energetically to copper.

Brief orgone accumulator spice bottle info--

Use GLASS spice bottle. Layer it with copper mesh and cotton balls, with copper mesh (or steel wool) on the bottom, and cotton on the top. A plastic rather than metal top is preferable. Put on top of the head to balance the energy.

This does work. People with this on top of their head muscle test strong to everything--same with a pyramid on the head. People have pyramid shaped contraptions on their ceilings over the bed for the same reason. I have a head pyramid, and sometimes I just "know" when I need it.

Just thought it might be nice to offer an excuse to have a tasty bite of chocolate!
