My mom and me both have Chiron on our ascendants. Does Chiron take on any special power by being on the ascendant? TIA

1. I would think at the very least you'd both be natural healers.

Yes, it is VERY significant and in terms of past life too. It certainly gives you great healing ability. It depends much on what sign it is in, how close it is to the ascendant, whether is it is in the 1st or 12th house, and aspects made to it.

It is very, very significant and usually gives the native great impetus to do great things; that's what I've found so far.

4. Yes, in our natal charts

Neither one of us have done anything great in our lives, we are both typical. This information is very surprising to me.

The only healing in my life I can think of is rescuing sick and injured dogs and patching them up, sometimes at great financial cost. People have always questioned why I waste my money on such endeavors. I don't consider it a waste, I consider it my duty. Now I can say it's my destiny. :)
