Just wanted to come in and say HELLO :) |
|
I have been missing from the DU for a while since after the elections and I just started posting again right before inauguration. Well since the fall I have been taking St. John's Wort once a day (in the mornings during breakfast at work) and let me tell you, I feel a lot more alive. I feel so much more calm - my anxiety is in a Rip Van Winkle state of sleep. I can go in big name grocery stores and walk around without feel like everyone is looking at me. I can function at work so clearly and I so organized. OMG people lol - you really don't know what a relief it is to feel this way. I think I might have posted here from time to time to ask for positive light and I thank everyone that gave me advice and comfort. I wanted to let all of you know how thankful I was and that your remedies helped ;)
Now the times around us are hard. I told myself that I will smile at everyone that walks past me even if its a stranger. You be surprised at how a smile can change someone's day.
Just wishing everyone positive light :) Take care :)

1. Glad you're back and feeling better |

ASHA members are the BEST DU has to offer IMHO.
They take the time to share and offer themselves to help out and give valuable information.
Smiles do work. I've noticed when I smile at people they usually smile back. It is a good way to provide positive energy into the world. :-)
Namaste,
:loveya:

4. Before I felt like my mind needed a strainer... |

because I had 50 million thoughts going on in my head at once and it was a small hole that they were fighting to get out of. Now I can fully concentrate. And I have been watching my diet. So many foods that I had to stop eating because they just made my energy low.

Not only is it working I had to rind the root of everything that was making me feel nervous and stressed. I had to teach myself to just "calm down".
