When I first began being involved in the spirtual side of life I got to know my guides and learn more about myself. Once I became comfortable spirits came to me for help with crossing over. They were all very sweet who I did help (only a handful or so). After a while something scary happened to me so my guides put a shield over me one night while I was sleeping. Now negative spirits and others don't bother me and I don't sense things quite like I used to. So I went a long time without helping any spirits. I guess I was afraid to do so cause you attract the negative one's too and I used to have two negative spirits around me all the time and it wasn't good (they finally left though after I had help from my guides). Earlier this week I was laying in bed and felt someone pop in my room. I didn't know who it was and didn't recognize their sense. I asked them to go away but they asked me for help. I saw them and it was a female around 5'5 or so and she has long brown hair (a lil past her back) and was wearing a long white dress that was sleeveless and wide straps. She has either green or brown eyes. I'm not sure. I didn't want to help her cause of the scary incident but I could sense she was despearte to cross over and she showed me herself. She had blood all over her face and scratches. I had the sense she had been dead a good while but had unfinished business and didn't know how to cross over. For some reason spirits know that I'd help them and they come to me. :shrug: So I helped her. I thought she was gone but I was taking a nice bath earlier and relaxing and spending some time reenergizing my soul and thinking and I felt this spirit pop in. I have no idea her name or anything like that but I could sense she was here for some reason. I don't know why she's here. Does anybody sense why this woman is back? Thanks in advanced. I do get that she pops in and out but she won't fully go away until I figure out why she's here. :shrug: Thanks.

1. Freedom Angel - that is a very special calling - there are

people, groups of spiritual people who do nothing but help stuck spirits cross over.


You do need the protection of your guides, and your gatekeeper.

You need to advise your gatekeeper to not let anyone in who doesn't come from light and good.

Ask this woman,or ask your guides, mentally, what it is she wants, and what she needs. If you are able to help her, fine, if not, ask your guides to take over and help her, and/or you must tell her you cannot help her other than to tell her to let go and go towards the light.

2. Thanks

Ever since I had something scary happen my guides and I cleaned the house and have a shield over it and myself. I can definitley feel the shield and the difference. I didn't let the spirit in my shield but still was able to help them. I could feel the difference too from last time I helped a spirit cross over. Do you know why they come to me? Is it cause I'm the closest they can find or what? :shrug: I guess I'm kinda worried I'd get wrong what this spirit wants. I'm not used to spirits popping in any more and don't trust myself fully with what she wants. Most of the time I get messages through my feelings which help me to confirm with what my guides tell me. My gatekeeper is my soul mate who I have been with many years who stayed behind this time around and I can feel he's always near unless for some reason he has to quickly pop out.

4. He's doing okay!

We saw him this weekend and he's doing okay. Friday he was doing really well and stayed up and visited with us the whole evening and he's eating better too. Saturday his back was hurting some so he rested basically all day which was okay because we had to come back home. But he seems to be doing pretty good. I still send him as much energy as I can. Also whenever I'm down there at night (the room I sleep at is next to their's) I always see this woman with red hair in a white gown and she has her hands over him and is sending him energy. Does anybody sense who she is? Thanks for asking. :hug:
