Moving a bleeding heart plant? |
|
What time of year would be best. I'm in central Wisconsin. The leaves are yellowing so it's starting to go dormant.

1. I moved mine in the fall last year. It was pretty brown by then. |

2. Thanks, I give it a try |

it's lost in my front yard bed and it blooms profusely, I think a more open spot in the backyard will work better.

5. I've moved them in both fall and spring |
|
Mine are pretty hardy though so I could toss them in the street and they'd survive without issue. :) If you move them in the fall, I'd just make sure you mulch/protect them over winter and they should be fine.
