Pics of bugs on my 'maters (dialup warning)

1.

This is why I went on safari with camera.

2.

These either flew or jumped when I touched them. They didn't care whether they munched on the front of back of leaf (even stalk)

3.

This looked like a spider. I assume he is a buddy.

4.

Noticed the two "tails"

5.

Noticed the shape.

6.

Maybe the spider's mate?

I'll look them up and learn from you all. I just thought I'd share the pics if it helps anyone.

:hi:

4. I'm thinking not
See on #5 how the butt forms 2 corners? The tarnished tomato bug's butt is round. They also specialize in eating the fruit.

Hmm...

6. I stepped on something that looked and smelled alot like "D" last night
Eewwwwl :puke:

I see what you mean and from your linky, those critters leave the same pattern of holes as in the OP.

Nice going!

They really tear up some leaves, don't they?
