I love how beautiful the yard and flowers are in the morning light

nothing looks quite like that. Esp. the purple morning glories on the fence, and my cardinalis vine. which has started to flower again!

1. Do you have any white flowers for evening light?

I have pot of white impatiens that seem to glow around dusk. Just beautiful.
Makes me want to plant more white flowers.

2. I do have some white petunias in pots in the front yard - ya know, I've never

noticed whether they glow. I'll have to take a look! Thanks! :hi:

3. If you look at impatiens closely

They almost look like they have little shiny flecks in the petals. That must be why they look so nice in the evening.
I might try morning glories next year, I've never planted them. :hi:

4. you just have to make sure they don't take over- but I've never really had a

problem. The ones I have simply reseed themselves year after year.


I'm not a big fan of impatiens (my mom loves em, though), but I'll have to take a long look at em when I see the white ones next time!

5. Mine are in pots on the deck

Right outside the bedroom window. The hummingbirds seem to like them too.

6. Mine fry in the heat here in North Texas....

Often though they seed the pot before they die and are reborn. Yea!

7. Then around 11am the butterflies and bees start working. Not really any

reason to go inside if it weren't lunch time :)
