Zucchini pickles!

I've discovered my favorite thing to do with all the extra zucchini in my garden! I've been making wonderful delicious sweet pickles and dill pickles out of them. I think I like the even better than cucumber pickles - they stay nice and crunchy. Yay!

1. I canned some this past week

2. 2am... I'm listening to the -pop- sounds

As they cool. I started about dusk to make a huge jar of refrigerator type and found I had waaaay too many zukes prepared.

Thank the stars for the internets. I learned how to "Low-temperature pasteurize" in no time. hehe

I love my fridge ones.. they go great with beer :)
