Lemon Boy .... the most productive tomato I have ever seen
Edited on Sun Aug-29-10 06:21 PM by Botany
comes in early and produces like a mother f***er ..... fruit O.K. low acid but not close to a
brandywine, black krim, or jet star but still a great tomato.

makes pretty salsa w/ cherokee purple, old german, brandywine, jet star, and pink girl

I think one plant has made 2.3 tons of tomatoes :wow:

4. zone 5 or 6 depending on the map ..... central ohio
Although zones don't matter much

I grow in the most productive way ever for tomatoes .....
15 gallon nursery pot buried about 2/3s into the earth w/
a good mix of compost, silica sand, manure, container mix,
and espoma plant food
