The serrano pepper picked green or red ..... not as hot as a habanero but hotter than
a jalapeno with awesome flavor ...... taste real good in thin slices w/ some brandywine tomato wedges, and some kind of cheese cheese
I haven't figured out if beer or wine works best on this combo but I am willing to put in the hours to figure it out.
