Chrysanthemums
There is a touch of fall in the air here in South Mississippi which is my cue to check out the Mums at the local nurserys. We have an old wheelbarrow we use for seasonal blooming plants and move it around to the area which best suits those plants (more sun, less sun, less wind etc.) We got seven large Mums, salmon in color and have them right out front in the sun for all the neighbors to see. We also got some "Pluto" Red Mums, very deep red color.

And our Camellias for "fixing to" explode with blooms. I swear ours have some weed in their DNA, they grow so huge. I have to give them two good trimmings in the early and late spring. My secret plan for their health and beauty? I leave them alone.
