Who wants to go in with me on a flat of Peacevine Early Tomato Plants--a natural sedative
Heavy yield of up to 18 fruit per cluster. Cherry size red fruit packed with vitamin C and gamma-amino butyric acid--a natural nervous system sedative (hence the name).

1. ahhh. i feel better already. my own tomato seed starts have survived.
if they all bear fruit, I will be able to open a catsup factory. :)

2. I remember the days of making catsup.
We'd use the overripe tomatoes and they'd go in a big cauldron over a wood fire. Skins would be skimmed off the top and when the tomatoes were appropriately mushy they'd be strained and the pulp put back in the pot. Brown sugar added and vinegar from my grandmother's own 'mother' then cooked and cooked and cooked. Us kids used to hate having to stand there and stir this stuff all day.
